By accessing our services and website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.   • SERVICES PROVIDED

    At TruVUE Productions, we specialize in providing a wide range of media services tailored to meet your needs. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, Photography, Videography, Aerial Content, and more. We are committed to delivering high-quality results and ensuring your satisfaction with every project.

    Please note that while we strive to accommodate all clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

  • COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

    All photographs and media created by TruVUE Productions are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright laws. We retain all rights to the images and media produced by us. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, we reserve the right to use any and all photographs and media for promotional purposes.

    You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or sell any of our photographs or media without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our work will be subject to legal action.

  • BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

    To start booking, simply complete out Project Detail Form, found Here. 
    Our team will then provide you with a custom project proposal, outlining the scope or work and costs associated. Once the proposal is reviewed and booking is completed, our Project Manager will be in touch to further coordinate. 

    We understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate changes whenever possible. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect the time and resources invested, we operate on a 24-hour cancellation policy.

    If you need to cancel your project, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, we will retain the deposit as stated in the project proposal. For cancellations made outside of this window, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit and/or up to 50% of the project payment.

    Please note that we can certainly work on rescheduling, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply if rescheduling within 24 hours of the project time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.

  • PAYMENT TERMS

    All payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the project proposal. Full payment is required prior to the delivery of any photographs or media.

    We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

    • Credit Cards

    • Cash

    • Checks

    • Venmo

    • Other online payment platforms

    Please ensure that payments are made promptly to avoid delays in the delivery of your project.

  • CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    As our valued client, it is important that you provide us with accurate information regarding your project requirements. Additionally, please inform us of any special requests or specific requirements you may have to ensure that we can meet your expectations effectively.

    Your collaboration and communication are essential for the successful completion of your project. By providing accurate information and communicating any special requests or needs, you help us deliver the highest quality of service tailored to your preferences.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    We are not responsible for any loss or damage to property or persons that may occur during the photography or media session. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of our services.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY

    Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your information with the highest level of care and integrity. We take the confidentiality of your information seriously, and we pledge to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided to us by you, whether personal or project-related. Rest assured that we will not disclose any of your personal information to third parties.

  • MODIFICATIONS

    TruVUE Productions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

    By continuing to use our services or access our website after any modifications to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes.

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
