How long is a session and how much does it cost?

What if it rains on the day of the shoot?

Please be aware that outdoor sessions may need to be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Rescheduling projects due to causes outside of weather is accepted as long as it is communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations will also need to be communicated at least 48 hours prior; otherwise, deposits will be non-refundable.

What you wear will depend on the time of year, the setting, the occasion, and ultimately your unique personality. It's always a safe bet to discuss your photo shoot outfits with our helpful team.

How many people can join in the photo session?

Our suggestion is a maximum of 20 people for a 1-hour session and a maximum of 30+ people for a 2-hour session. This will ensure a more organized and manageable crowd.

Our project manager and photographer will be available to communicate with you via email, text, or calls. Once your contact information is provided upon booking, our team will be in touch to discuss the project details in depth.

When will my pictures be ready?

Your content will be available within 12-48 hours following the shoot. However, for large events and videos, this process may take between 3-7 days. Once complete, you will receive a content link through email, containing all of the professionally edited images. This link makes it very easy to share and download all the content associated with your project.

How will the photos be edited?

Following your shoot, our editing team will hand-select images to begin their process for touch-up and professional editing. Once the downloadable content link is available for your review, you'll also have the option to select your favorites to purchase physical prints.

What size are the photos?

It depends on the project. Our standard size ranges from 3MB to 20MB, with dimensions of 6821 x 4548 pixels, ensuring high-quality resolutions.

What format will the photos be in?

The downloadable digital photos will be in JPEG format.

Will my pictures be shared?

Your downloadable content link allows you to easily share your images with family and friends. If for any reason you want the link to be set on private, simply notify our project manager and we will customize your content link.
