  • To begin, simply complete our Project Detail Form Here. Complete as much information as you can and we’ll provide you with a custom project proposal though email.

  • Although the duration will vary based on your specific project type, our standard photography session is one hour. However, our team is certainly flexible and can extend the duration depending on your needs.

  • Our team is certainly available and happy to help with planned projects, or events that come up last minute. With that being said, we do request at least 48 hours to plan and coordinate your project.

  • We carefully assign our photographers based on their specialty and availability. We guarantee both professional and friendly photographers, who will work with you closely to produce great content!

  • We are flexible!
    Please be aware that outdoor sessions may need to be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Rescheduling projects due to causes outside of weather is accepted, as long as it is communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations will also need to be communicated at least 24 hours prior, otherwise deposits will be non-refundable.

  • We recommend you review our featured locations found on our home page. Feel free to also suggest any other locations you have in mind. Our photographers are flexible and can capture stunning content throughout San Diego County.

  • What you wear will depend on the time of year, the setting, the occasion, and ultimately your unique personality. It’s always a safe bet to discuss your photo shoot outfits with our helpful team.

  • Our suggestion is 20 people max for 1 hour session and 30+ people max for the 2 hour session. This will be more organized and manageable crowd.

  • Our Project Coordinator and photographer will be available to communicate with you via email, text or calls. Once your contact information is provided upon booking, our team will be in touch to discuss the project details in depth.

  • Upon booking, the project location will be confirmed. Our Project Coordinator and photographer will also be available to communicate with you via email, text or calls.

  • First and foremost, our team is flexible. If for any reason you arrive late, the time will be deducted from the session. However, if the duration surpasses the discussed time, a pro-rated payment will then be applied to the project costs.

  • Your content will be available within 12-48 hours following the shoot. However, for large events and videos, this process may take between 3-7 days.

    Once complete, you will receive a content link through email, containing all of the professionally edited images. This link makes it very easy to share and download all the content associated with your project.

  • Following your shoot, our editing team will hand select images to begin their process for touch up and professional editing.

    Once the downloadable content link is available for your review, you’ll also have the option to select your favorites to purchase physical prints.

  • It depends on the project, our standard is 3MB to 20MB, 6821 x 4548 pixels, high quality resolutions.

  • The downloadable digital photos will be in JPEG format.

  • Your downloadable content link allows you to easily share your Images with family and friends. If for any reason you want the link to be set on private, simply notify our project manager and we will customize your content link.
