  • To begin, simply complete our Project Detail Form Here. Complete as much information as you can and we’ll provide you with a custom project proposal though email to secure your booking.

  • Each project is unique, so session length can vary depending on your needs. Our most common photography session is 1 hour for $299. That said, we’re extremely flexible and happy to adjust the timeframe and duration to fit your project.

  • We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance so our team has time to plan and coordinate your project. That said, we understand last-minute needs come up, and we’re flexible—our team can usually accommodate short-notice requests when needed.

  • We thoughtfully assign photographers based on their specialty and availability to ensure the best fit for your project. Every team member is experienced, friendly, and dedicated to delivering great content. If you have a specific photographer in mind, simply let us know—we’ll do our best to schedule them for your project.

  • We’re flexible! Outdoor sessions may need to be rescheduled in the event of bad weather, and we’re happy to find a new date that works best for you. Projects can be rescheduled for any reason with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will result in a non-refundable deposit.

  • We recommend checking out our featured locations listed on the home page for some of San Diego’s most popular photo spots. You’re also welcome to suggest your own location—our photographers are flexible and can capture beautiful content anywhere across San Diego County.

  • Your outfit choice depends on the season, setting, and occasion—but most importantly, your personal style. Choose colors and clothing that make you feel comfortable and confident on camera. If you’d like guidance, our team is happy to help you plan the perfect look for your session.

  • For the best experience and organization, we recommend up to 20 people for a 1-hour session and up to 30 people for a 2-hour session. Larger groups are welcome—we’ll simply adjust the session length to make sure everyone is captured comfortably and with care.

  • Once your booking is secured, our Project Coordinator will reach out to confirm details. Your photographer name, phone number and photo of them will be provided so you know exactly who you’re meeting. You’ll be able to communicate directly with our team by email, text, or phone to make sure everything runs smoothly before and during your session.

  • Once your project is booked, we’ll confirm the location, date, and time of your session. Your Project Coordinator and photographer will stay in touch by email, text, or phone to coordinate details and ensure an easy, on-time meetup at your scheduled location.

  • First and foremost, our team is flexible. If for any reason you arrive late, the time will be deducted from the session. However, if the duration surpasses the discussed time, a pro-rated payment will then be applied to the project costs.

  • Turnaround time depends on your project type. Real estate photos are typically delivered within 24 hours, photography sessions within 48–72 hours, and large events or video projects within 3–7 days.

    Once editing is complete, you’ll receive an email with your gallery link, making it easy to view, download, and share all your professionally edited content.

  • After your session, our editing team carefully selects and refines your images with professional color correction, lighting adjustments, and touch-ups. Once your gallery is ready, you’ll receive a downloadable link and can easily order high-quality prints of your favorite photos.

  • Although deliverable sizes vary by project, our standard is 3MB to 20MB, 6821 x 4548 pixels, high quality resolution.

  • All downloadable images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, ready for both web use and printing. For real estate projects, each gallery includes both print-quality and MLS-optimized versions of your photos for easy uploading and marketing.

  • Yes! Your downloadable gallery link makes it easy to share your images with family, friends, or clients. Each gallery includes one year of complimentary storage, so your content stays safe and accessible. If you prefer your gallery to remain private, just let our Project Coordinator know—we’ll customize your link settings to limit access.
